Fried Grated Coconut Rice Cake
Bahan:
Tepung ketan (pulut) 150 g
Tepung beras secukupnya
Santan secukupnya
Kelapa parut secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
Gula pasir 100 g
Air 70 ml
Ingredients:
- 150 g Glutinous rice
- Rice flour to taste
- Coconut milk to taste
- Grated coconut to taste
- Salt to taste
- 100 g Sugar
- 70 ml Water
Cara membuat:
- Campurkan 150 g tepung ketan (pulut) dengan kelapa parut sesuai selera
- Mix 150 g glutinous rice with grated coconut to taste
- Tambahkan sedikit santan hingga campuran tepung dan kelapa parut menjadi adonan yang dapat diuleni
- Add a little coconut milk until the mixture of flour and grated coconut become a kneading mixture
- Tambahkan tepung beras secukupnya untuk membuat adonan lebih mudah dibentuk
- Add rice flour to taste to make the dough easier to form
- Tambahkan garam secukupnya
- Add salt to taste
- Bentuk adonan menjadi bulat pipih
- Shape the dough becomes flat round
- Goreng adonan yang sudah dibentuk dengan api sedang
- Fry the dough that has been formed with medium heat
- Angkat dan tiriskan kemplang yang sudah digoreng

- Masukkan 100 g gula pasir kedalam kuali
- Put 100 grams of sugar into the pan
- Tambahkan 70 ml air
- Add 70 ml of water
- Masak hingga larutan mengental dan tidak putus jika diangkat
- Cook until the solution thickens and does not break if lifted
- Aduk terus larutan hingga matang
- Keep stirring the solution until it is cooked
- Matikan kompor, kemudian masukkan kemplang yang telah digoreng
